Last May 25, 2012, we at VATECH Networks celebrated our 10th Anniversary at the 4th floor auditorium of VATECH Networks headquarter building in Dongtan, Hwaseong City South Korea.
With the spirit of challenge and innovation, we at VATECH Networks looked back at the past 10 years, and pledged to work harder together to achieve excellence in the next 10 years and more, as embodied in the event's slogan: "10 years behind, 10 years ahead, let's jump further!".
The celebration started with an opening remarks by Ms. Hyunjung Koh, public relations team manager of VATECH EWOO Holdings. This was followed by a power-point presentation by Mr. Micheal Kim, managing director of the business strategy division of VATECH EWOO Holdings, as he talked about the shared vision of VATECH Networks to be the "Strongest Small Business Group in the Global Healthcare Industry".
In his speech; Mr. ChangJoon Ro, Chairman of VATECH Networks, talked about developing a happy workplace through upholding VATECH Networks's vision and philosophy.
The occasion was highlighted by events such as showing of the 10th anniversary video, length of service and performance awarding ceremony, and cake cutting ceremony. Another notable highlight of the celebration was the sneakers exchange between new employees and company executives. A group of employees who formed a band also made a notable performance to the delight of everybody.
This event was broadcasted over the internet through live online streaming and was watched by employees of the overseas subsidiaries, as well as employees who work outside of Dongtan Head office.

Change of roles: Now Chairman Ro and the company CEOs put the sneakers on to the employees feet.

As we carefully jump forward with sweat and cheers.
To be like a reliable tree we ought,
Therefore, we must leap over that fence of growth."
Wearing the new pairs of sneakers, they "Jump Together" to culminate the event.
